I am a Fellow at the Nuffield Trust.
I focused my CDA on shadowing, building networks in social care, and training for skills development. I shadowed local system leaders and providers to support my understanding of the issues at play in the commissioning, operationalisation and delivery of social care, and undertook a secondment to the Department of Health and Social Care during my award. I also undertook training in advanced qualitative, comparative and evaluative methods to further my research skillset.
