The School for Social Care Research (SSCR) is committed to building strong, enduring relationships with policy, practice and community partners to ensure our research is relevant, impactful, and grounded in real-world priorities.

We will collaborate nationally and locally with governments, care providers, voluntary and community organisations, and key sector bodies. These partnerships will support co-production, knowledge exchange, and evidence-informed decision-making.

Through joint events, placements, advisory roles, and responsive evaluation schemes, we will strengthen the bridge between research and practice.

SSCR will continue to prioritise under-served regions and communities, supporting inclusive, applied research that meets both local and national needs.
